ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS
- Call Mark Global – CMG works with local law enforcement agencies to identify and seize counterfeit products, shutting down counterfeit operations. If there is a case for intellectual property (IP) infringement, Enforcement action followed by legal action is taken against the counterfeiters to stop the manufacture and sale of the counterfeit goods. Enforcement action is required to be taken in the country of either manufacture of the counterfeit product related to the brands concerned or the country where the counterfeit goods are being sold.
- Being the right holder for the affiliated brands, Call Mark Global – CMG would always take enforcement action against bad actors criminal referrals to law enforcement agencies
- Enforcement action is mandated against the counterfeiter as mentioned above and is taken on behalf of the brands.
- Enforcement action created a deterrence among the counterfeiters and they are forced to stop the illegal act they are involved into.
